The website is only created and designed to help all clients to navigate the site regarding immigration filing. It also allows the client to pay the necessary service fees to the company, upload some documents, monitor the outcome of the petition and application process, and others. KMARIS LLC does not provide legal advice and/or representation. KMARIS LLC does not take responsibility for any information that was missed, omitted, and/or how the immigration forms and laws were interpreted. Clients can seek the services of an immigration attorney if they need more information about immigration.
The company will only provide services in the completion of immigration forms, and collection of supporting documents and evidence for the required forms. The client authorizes the company to prepare the petition or application, and understands the completed petition or application, and the client acknowledges that the information in the petition or application is true and without penalty of perjury. The company is not responsible for any fraudulent and inaccurate information provided by the client. The company is not responsible when any government agencies find and determined that the petition or application has fraudulent information.
The company will not provide any service when the client voluntarily provided a fraudulent submission of the petition or application. This will include consular processing for Department of State. The company will submit the completed immigration forms, supporting documents and evidence to DHS, USCIS, DOS or other agencies, including online submission on behalf of the client; the client can submit as agreed.
The company will not guarantee the approval of your petition or application. Approval of your petition or application will only depend on your eligibility, authenticity of the documents that client submitted, and adjudication process of Department of Homeland Security or other agencies. The client authorizes the company to retrieve information from government agencies, which is not limited to I-94, case status, hearing information from EOIR, retrieving information from DOS and others. Be advised that online electronic communications may not be secure and sending confidential or sensitive information is not recommended. The company will protect the privacy of the client or petitioner/applicant under the Privacy Act of 1974 and will not share information with any third party or individuals.
